Building a Next Generation leadership and development brand
Next Gen HQ needed help navigating the transition from a physical events company for young professionals into a digital platform that allows those same professionals to connect and develop their careers. At the time of the transition, Next Gen’s brand demographics were older and more male than their actual target market. We approached a visual rebrand to appeal to the target market demographics while infusing a digital texture into an inclusive, young, and aspirational ethos. We worked to position the company as THE headquarters for the Next Generation of leaders to connect, learn, and thrive. As part of that project, we developed design and engagement features that heightened inclusivity and a feeling of ownership, like digital nameplates for ALL users associated with the network, not just those in leadership.

We led the Next Gen HQ’s rebrand by an embedding a consulting creative director; with the support of company creative team the new brand was integrated into a variety of digital and physical endpoints, including communications and social media, the Next Gen Summit event, and the UI/UX design of Next Gen HQ’s proprietary app.
